JOURNAL # 8
During the last week of practice for room 1002, the last class that focused on Christmas was carried out,
a recovery evaluation was made and then the rest of the class consisted of a vocabulary activity,
understanding of a story and reflection.  It was a more bearable class since Christmas themes are very
familiar and were of great interest in the class, so it increased their motivation and participation. This
class ended by giving students a final advice on their ability and intelligence to achieve what they want
to propose in their lives.
For the next group 1004 the ecotourism fair was finally held. This activity that provided knowledge and
data to the other student grades who visited them, although English was not the strength of these girls
or those who they listened to them, both English and Spanish languages were used to deliver the message
correctly.
Although the organization was time consuming at the beginning, each group was responsible for fixing
their stand and each one had their information ready, the students showed commitment, dedication
and patriotism by showing places that are unknown as well as ways of caring for the environment.
From both groups I have pleasant memories and learning lessons, despite everything they were
students who supported my classes and most of all they learned from them in the way they wanted to
learn and it was through content that extended outside the branches of English, contents that will help
to force their general knowledge and propitiate critical thinking.
